Space's Fountain of Youth
Ray Blanco:
What’s It Like To Be 70 Years Old in Space? “All Those Little Aches and Pains Heal Up.”
NASA astronaut Don Pettit's birthday is April 20, and when the Soyuz spacecraft carrying him landed at dawn in Kazakhstan, the calendar had turned over to that date. No one as old as Pettit had spent as long as he had in orbit, 220 days, on a mission.
Pettit has been on a handful of missions, and said the readjustment to gravity for him has been a challenge after each. He added that the surprising thing about spaceflight is that it's not so much your large muscles that ache, but the smaller ones.
In terms of aging, Pettit said, like a lot of older people, he wakes up after a night sleeping on Earth with a sore shoulder or a stiff neck. That's just part of the process. But microgravity took those aches and pains away.
"I love being in space," he said. "When you're sleeping, you're just floating, and your body, all those little aches and pains heal up. You feel like you're 30 years old again and free of pain, free of everything. So I love being on orbit. It's a great place to be for me and my physiology."

URGENT: A Rare “Buy Signal” Just Fired…
After weeks of stomach-churning volatility, it finally happened: A rare technical signal — one with a 100% success rate going back to World War II — just flashed in the stock market.
It's called the Zweig Breadth Thrust, a technical indicator developed by the legendary trader Martin Zweig used to determine market momentum. And every time it has appeared over the last 80 years, it’s been followed by a major rally over the following months.
What does this mean you should be doing with your portfolio? If you have been short, congratulations! Great call. Book your gains and move to the sidelines.
If you have been worried and are thinking about selling, it is too late. Hold on and be patient. The stock market inevitably will come back for you, and this data says it may come back sooner than you think. And if you are now mostly in cash, I would say to continue to be patient.
A rare setup like this doesn’t come around often — and when it does, history says you want to be ready. Volatility is still in the cards, but the bigger move is likely already in motion. Stay patient. Stay prepared. And when the next dip comes... be ready to act.
Chris Campbell:
Crypto’s Rocky Balboa Moment
Crypto is rebuilding after four years of onslaught—stronger, smarter, leaner. And this time, it's happening with Washington’s blessing, not in spite of it.
Three reasons to be bullish:
- Big money is quietly moving in: They won't shout it from CNBC headlines, but asset managers and hedge funds are stacking up crypto while retail investors panic. Ask yourself why.
- Regulation is (finally) happening: A few years ago, crypto enthusiasts feared regulation. Now, they're begging for it. Why? Because regulation means clarity.
- Crypto is eating finance: Banks are expensive. Western Union is slow. Stock exchanges are closed on weekends. Crypto tackles all this. And it’s happening now, right under our noses.
If you're reading this and thinking, "Bull market confirmed." Maybe. Maybe not. Yet. This isn’t a magic switch. It’s the start of something — but like anything real, it’ll take time to unfold. (That said… the smartest players are already positioning themselves.)
The next markets are beginning to bloom — quietly, stubbornly, piece by piece.
