Return of the Dire Wolf
Ray Blanco:
Scientists Genetically Engineer Wolves With White Hair and Muscular Jaws Like the Extinct Dire Wolf
Three genetically engineered wolves resembling extinct dire wolves are trotting, sleeping and howling in an undisclosed secure location in the U.S., according to Colossal Biosciences, a company that aims to bring back lost species.
The wolf pups, which range in age from three to six months old, have long white hair, muscular jaws and already weigh in at around 80 pounds — on track to reach 140 pounds at maturity, researchers at Colossal reported Monday.
Dire wolves, which went extinct more than 10,000 years old, are much larger than gray wolves, their closest living relatives today.
To create the wolves, scientists took blood cells from a living gray wolf and genetically modified them in 20 different sites. They then transferred that genetic material to an egg cell from a domestic dog. When ready, embryos were transferred to surrogates, also domestic dogs, and 62 days later the genetically engineered pups were born.
Colossal has previously announced similar projects to genetically alter cells from living species to create animals resembling extinct woolly mammoths, dodos and others.

I Was Wrong About Tesla
Everyone thinks Tesla sells cars. (I used to, too.) No, Ford sells cars. Tesla is an AI energy empire in disguise. Let me explain.
Here’s what everyone misses: By 2027, Tesla will make more money from AI energy than from cars. You read that right. The real money is in AI energy infrastructure. They already have DOJO, Tesla's supercomputer… OPTICASTER, an AI manager of energy distribution… AUTOBIDDER, AI that trades stored energy… and more.
Then there's OPTIMUS. The AI-trained humanoid robot that will literally install the future. Picture this: Optimus building solar farms in the desert, repairing wind turbines in a storm, and cleaning and maintaining your entire energy infrastructure without sleep or pay raises.
I believe that, at today's price, $TSLA is trading at 5–10x what 2029 earnings will be. That’s without even pricing in the robot army. I’ll say it again: Tesla is not a car company. It’s the foundation of the next civilization.

Newsmax IPO: How Carl LOST $1mm
My friend Carl just pulled off a trade that sounds like a fairy tale – except it’s real, and it’s messy.
Carl’s a Newsmax fanatic, glued to the conservative news channel daily, absorbing every segment like it’s gospel. He snagged a pre-IPO deal at a 25% discount off the $10 offering price, locking in over 5,000 shares at $7.50 each with a $40,000 investment.
Last week, Newsmax (NMAX) skyrocketed to $265, ballooning Carl’s stake to a staggering $1.3 million – a 35x return in days. The fairy tale twist? Today, the stock’s currently trading around $50, trimming his haul to about $250,000.
Still, that’s a 6x gain on his original bet. The lesson? Start with your gut – your Newsmax, your Costco, your daily grind – then back it with homework.
